How to complete registration

Each guest will need to fill out their own registration form.
If you will be rooming with someone, indicate their name in the appropriate box on the form.
You will receive a quote that will be inclusive of airfare (if selected), trip package, and insurance (if selected). Note- As airfare is a part of the package, the deposit amount will be higher to lock in the rate of the airfare.
Once you have received your quote, you will have 24 hours to deposit if airfare is included and 48 hours if airfare is not included. If you may need additional time to make a decision, please note that the package price may not be the same.
When you are ready, respond to the quote by submitting your payment information for a credit card authorization. If you will be using more than one credit card, submit the first one and then another, or contact us.
Once payment authorization is received, your trip will be booked. Once RDT has received all confirmations, you will receive a welcome email that will outline reservation details. If just a deposit was made or we will be adding other details to your trip experience, all final travel documents will be received 3-4 weeks before departure.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a sponsored group trip. This is guided trip perfect for soloed, coupled, and small groups who just need an opportunity to travel!

Note: Hotels are subject to change. If at all possible, reasonable replacements will be made and notifications of change will be made as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy:
New Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours after booking for full refund of deposit. After 24 hours, all trip deposits and payments are nonrefundable and non-transferrable and you must work with your travel insurance provider to obtain reimbursement for nonrefundable expenses due to cancellations.
Guests whose reservations have been cancelled, either at their own request or due to nonpayment, that still want to attend the trip, must pay a $50 reinstatement fee, plus any applicable late fees and the overdue amount, in order for the reservation to be reinstated.
No shows, early departures, and decreases in room occupancy are non-refundable. After 60 days prior to the start of the trip, downgrades in room types are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be requested in writing via a request form and Rhoyalty Destination Travel assess a $50 cancellation fee.
If cancelled less than 60 days before the trip, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For the balance amount, the below cancellation fee will be applicable.
60 - 31 days prior to arrival – 40% of the Tour.
30 - 07 days prior to arrival – 75% of the Tour.
06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - 100% of the Tour. (No Refund)

Waitlist policy:
If the trip is sold out, request to be added to the waitlist by emailing info@rhoyaltydestinationtravel.com. Names are added to the waitlist in order of request. If a spot becomes available, in order, the next available guest will be contacted with relevant details and will have 48 hours to make deposit and catch up payments, if necessary. If payment is not made within 48 hours, the spot is forfeited and RDT will move to the next available guest on the waitlist.
Payment policy:
Payment schedules (dates and amounts) are as listed. Payments are due by the 15th of the month and will incur a late fee if not received by the 20th of the month. You may make any combination of payment over $200; however, failure to pay a month will be cancelled and nonrefundable. If you book the trip after the payment schedule has begun, you will be prompted to make a "catch-up payment" upon booking.

Late Fee Notice:
A late fee of $25 will be assessed on the 20th day after any missed payment, and will be added to the balance of the reservation.
Reservations with payments more than 30 days overdue are subject to cancellation without refund. Guests whose reservations have been cancelled, either at their own request or due to nonpayment, that still want to attend the trip, must pay a $50 reinstatement fee, plus any applicable late fees and the overdue amount, in order for the reservation to be reinstated.

RDT recommends a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes a "Cancel for Any Reason" protection clause to cover your costs.
Passport Information:
A valid passport is required for this experience. Passport validity must not expire at least six months after return from trip. For example, if you are traveling December 1 - 15, your passport should not expire between December 1 - June 30.
Passport renewals can now be done online.
A copy of your valid passport will be required before the final payment. This information will be provided to our tour operator to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Travel Insurance Required:
Proof of travel insurance is required and must be submitted by December 31, 2025.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. There are hundreds of circumstances that could cause you to cancel your trip, return home early or force you to seek emergency medical treatment while traveling. Travel insurance also offers coverage for unforeseen problems such as, an unexpected financial change or scheduling conflict, a cancelled flight or a serious illness. Rhoyalty Destination Travel can provide a free quote from one of our partners or a list of vetted partners will be provided in the confirmation email. Your comprehensive travel insurance policy should include medical coverage, and we highly recommend "Cancel for Any Reason" protection clauses to cover your costs. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance immediately after booking, as most companies only allow 10-14 days after the initial booking to offer "Cancel for Any Reason" protection.
